The food is great!

This place never lets me down. The grilled wings are awesome. I completely disregard portion control when I visit this place. This is the second visit this week.

If you haven't tried Chicago style pizza before than this is definitely a place that you need to add to your list of restaurants to try. The pizzas have a nice thick crust, but are still soft. There are plenty of toppings to choose from and beer to go with it. The atmosphere is relaxed which is great for going out with friends to watch the game or just relax after a long day at work. The prices were reasonable and the servers were friendly and easy to joke with.

Great pizza.. salads.. beer, etc. Nice atmosphere. My family and I enjoyed our experience here. Will be visiting again.

First time eating here. Will not be the last! Cold beer. Lots of selections! The pizza was done to perfection! Service was great and friendly! Please note that Chicago style deep dish crust takes longer to bake. It is worth the wait!

My husband and I ordered the Chicken Pesto Mac & Cheese dish. It was extremely dry and barely had any chicken in it. Our waiter Pam, asked if our food was good and we expressed how we were unhappy with the Chicken Pesto dish. All she said was “Ok” and took away the full plate of food away. There was absolutely no attempt by the waiter to make the situation better. We were charged for a dish that we didn’t eat and we left hungry. Absolutely RIDICULOUS.

Really great pizza, wonderful beer menu. Will return. Recommend to everyone.

It was overall ok. Sat at the bar, girl took forever to come back and serve me after seeing my husband. Ordered a calzone that was supposed to have ham and salami, about other things, ended up getting one that was stuffed with pepperoni (only ate about a third bc it ended making my tummy upset). Over heard same girl talking to regulars about how often they don't clean the space next to the ice container at the bar. Watched her do it, took her less than 5min. I don't excuse laziness at any establishment that serves food and drinks. Do what you want at home, but I expect higher standards of cleanliness when it comes to serving customers. I never ran my kitchens at work like that, and always stressed the importance of not contaminating work spaces and doing a thorough cleaning every single day, especially at the end of the night. Maybe the sit down area would have been different, since we sat at the bar, but I'll never know now. I'm not likely to come back here tbh I expected better.

The pizza was so good and the pepperoni rolls were great. The service was good and the waiter was efficient and friendly.The manager even stopped by our table to ask how everything was.

Excellent server, the Italian nachos were really good. Had the Chicago 7 on Chicago thick crust, was okay, but lacked unique flavor, may could have needed a little more sauce.

Delicious thin crust Chicago 7, paired with some delicious local craft brews; what more could you want? Jah our host was incredibly sweet, and James took fantastic care of us tableside. Would always return for the family feel of the staff.

Had some alfredo and pasta chips, both were excellent, server was friendly and on point, had a good beer selection too.

Probably one of the best deep-dish thick crust pizza we've had in a long time. We ordered two medium pizzas, one was the "steak & beer cheese" and the other one was custom-made. They were huge, it was too much for just two people, but delicious!!!!!Service was a little slow.

The beer and food is good. The service is the only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars. I have been going to this specific old Chicago (bar area) for years, but the service has seemed to have gotten slack. The servers have food & drinks near their service station. They spend more time eating and talking to each other. The restaurant isn't as busy as it has been in years past, that may be why they can do this and at the same time deliver decent service.

Ordered 2 of the most nutritious meal on menu: a grilled chicken dish with a balsamic glaze- 35 minutes later the food brought to the table with no balsamic glaze. I pointed out the glaze issue. The server went to ask for glaze...returned with the info that they had no glaze as the dish was being discontinued 😲... But the cooks and manager were okay with preparing the dish and sending them out without talking to us first!!! What!?!? Also, the steamed veggies were ICE COLD... Seriously, the best thing about this place was the server.

Good food, usually great service... Awesome rewards program. If you want appetizers... Order before your real meal or it all comes out together.

Food took a little bit, but it was hot and fresh and delicious! Staff was friendly and loved and hey sports.

The service is subpar. The wait staff is always ready to push you out the door every time we have eaten there.

How do you burn nachos? We went in after 10pm so I guess that's on us. The food was all over cooked honestly do not order a well done anything. Mistake made on my mother's part. Wait staff is great through take beer recommendations from the waiters not the bartender.

The quality has slipped the last few times I've been there. But they have been willing to make it right

Their Pizza and Manicotti were awesome but expensive. The cheese tasted fantastic. Their pizza was one of the best I have had. They also have gluten free pizza. Their nachos were not so great. Ambience was good. Friendly and attentive staff.

My boyfriend and I decided to come here for a late lunch on a Saturday. It was not busy and there were a good amount of servers. We were sat and waited about 15 minutes for someone to come and take our drink order. Our waiter was being a bartender for most of our time here, even though there was already a bartender at the bar?? It took 24 minutes just to get a refill on WATER. I ordered boneless wings and they were okay. My boyfriend ordered the lunch deep dish pizza and it was awful, it tasted like burnt pepperoni and crust. Was very disappointed with the service and food. Would not recommend.

Server was slow and inattentive, had to get our own extra napkins from the server station when a water got knocked over. Then took 15mins to get a new water. Food was lack luster at best but at least it was fresh and hot.

Not great. Hamburgers, pasta and pizza were good. Salads were a joke. Chef salad came with half a slice of ham, a couple slices of pepperoni and some lovely brown lettuce. Apparently there is high turnover in the kitchen, meal quality is not very consistent. Waitress was awesome. Bathrooms were not clean or well maintained, which can be a sign of bigger problems.

Food was enjoyable enough. But after being told it would be a 15-20 min wait, we were seated over an hour later. Had they been honest about the wait time, we would have gone elsewhere. We won’t be back again.

It was really good we had there new pizza Dameats best pizza. The boneless wings very good. There Italian cauliflower didn't have much flavor but the dipping sauce was delicious.

Terrible experience! Tables all around us are dirty, we have been waiting for 1 hour and still no food! Waiter is decent, but held hostage by a KITCHEN that must be sleeping!

Pizza was good, manicotti was over cooked, pasta was hard and way too much basil. Great cheese sticks.

Pizza was horrible! The deep dish was just regular crust, nothing deep about it. The pizza had no sauce. I complained and was told the sauce just runs to the edges on deep dish. NOPE, no sauce there either. The server did offer to have it remade. We had to make it to a movie and they were too slow. We had to get sauce on the side. We had ordered double pepperoni. That was a joke too. They took the price of the extra topping off of our bill at least.

The place looked rather busy but it because the service was horrible. No hostess for 10 minutes while customers backed up at the front door. When we finally seated, we sat for over 20 minutes without seeing anyone. We left. There are too many other choices to put up with this joint.

Terrible service at lunch today. Hostess was on her phone with her back to the door when we walked up to the hostess stand. Four of us stood and discussed the menu (loudly) for several minutes attempting to discreetly alert her to our presence. Even after, "Excuse us," and "Should we seat ourselves?" She still never looked around. A very loud, "Hello, there!" finally spun her around. She said she was talking to a coworker...... okaaay. Sadly, the server was no more attentive than the hostess had been. She spent the majority of her time sitting at a bar table drinking a red bull and watching us walk around the restaurant searching for ketchup, refills, and to go boxes. Food was good. Would have been better if we hadn't had to wait for sauces while things got cold, though.

Friendly service and staff. The food was great with so unique choices. The selection of alcohol was awesome as well.

Very tasty food. Friendly, helpful staff. Very pedestrian tap list: all solid beers, but ALL SOLID BEERS... Everything on their taps has been repeatedly accepted and approved by everyone before it ever shows on their list. There is definite a market for that, it just isn't me.

Food was good but waited over an hour for food after we ordered. Friendly staff... Just understaffed.

Appetizers and drinks were outstanding. Service at the bar from Anthony was great, he made us feel right at home. Pizza was pretty good too, we're excited to try what else they have soon.

I was very disappointed on this visit! I was visiting in Lexington KY! Took an hour after ordered food to receive it! They didn't tell us they had a pizza bar that day, we would have done that! Love Pizza..... Food not their best that day then paid a $30.00 bill plus tip! Could have been an off day, but being from Florida an a visitor , first impressions are important !!!!! When I go back might try one more time! Lots of great places there to eat! I was in Kentucky for 11 days this trip!

This is the best place to get a late night dinner. I took my husband there on his first trip to Kentucky. I so wish they would build one of these in Pensacola Florida we so need a great pizza/ Italian place!! My husband loves the pizza rolls

As far as pizza goes, this is one step above Pizza Hut. I noticed a buffet after I arrived, and I suspect our pizza was staged for the buffet line. It was not a fresh product, just heated. I've eaten at every Chicago style pizza restaurant in Chicago, and this isn't even close.Service was a little spacey. One waitress seated us and said she'd be right with us, but never returned. Another waitress forgot my drink order when the pizza arrived, after assuring me she would bring it with the meal. Cheese curds appetizer was less than appetizing. They have a decent beer selection on tap and some fine bottles. Maybe if I'd drunk more before the meal I could've given a better review.

I want to know why they were not open for carryout today. Missed about 100.00 dollar order. That's ok. Went else where.

Wasn't impressed. Ordered the Tavern thin crust which was $17 and it was cold when we got it. My son ordered the boneless wings and fries, the fries were cold. The wife ordered chicken fried chicken which was ok. For the money I spent on lunch for 3 people, I wish we would have ate somewhere else.
